In season 4, Joe is On the Hunt For a Killer in the First Four Minutes of ‘You’ Season 4 Part 2, picking up from Part 1. Where the first five episodes of the season tossed Joe into a whodunit, the remaining batch of episodes will focus on his quest to stop Rhys from causing any more damage.
So, what is it about Joe that draws viewers in? He’s handsome, sure, but this is offset quite quickly when we watch him masturbate in public and stalk innocent women.

Though it’s someone who has only quietly popped up a few times this season, she may likely cause more problems for Joe.
